Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience leading engineering teams in SaaS companies
• Proven track record of developing talent and retaining high performers
• Working knowledge of technologies such as Elixir, React, React Native, or AWS
• Experience with Agile or Kanban methodologies and project management in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with performance measurement and improvement practices in engineering teams
