Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in a management role
• Experience in a leadership role at a start-up
• Passion for building and leading diverse and inclusive engineering teams
• Bias towards action with a proven track record of achieving results
• Active interest in developing process, culture, and morale within the team
