Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional engineering team responsible for delivering end-to-end product functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions, guide architectural decisions, and ensure strong operational practices
• Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of accountability
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to align engineering plans with business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles
• 1+ year in a management position
• Experience leading teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs across systems
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing engineers
