Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager II, Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of front-end engineers to build consumer-facing web applications
Champion UI quality standards and partner with UX/Design teams to enhance user interfaces
Drive front-end design decisions and cultivate a learning culture within the team

Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related fields and 7+ years of experience, or 9+ years equivalent experience
2+ years of management experience leading distributed teams
5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
Extensive experience in OO design and enterprise-scale distributed systems development
Strong expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks, particularly React
