Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead engineering and QA talent across two high-impact squads focused on mobile app and ecommerce enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead growth, performance, and engagement initiatives across engineering squads
• Champion the adoption of AI tools and drive process improvements through automation
• Manage day-to-day operations, including sprint health and stakeholder alignment for mobile app delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of software engineering experience, with 1 to 2+ years in a management or team lead role
• Experience leading mobile and/or web engineering teams, with familiarity in React Native, TypeScript, React, and Node.js/REST APIs
• Proven track record in developing engineers and building strong team cultures
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Comfortable with occasional off-hours availability for production escalations and urgent bug triage
