KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, providing feedback and addressing performance issues

• Partner with Product, Design, and Analytics to deliver high-quality features that enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years in an engineering management and people leadership role
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with significant technical contributions
• Experience in delivering software with predictability and quality
• Proven track record of aligning outcomes with business or product goals
• Strong organizational and process skills to improve team productivity
