Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering to lead an engineering team and drive innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Platform Owners, Quality Assurance, and other teams to build, deploy, and maintain software systems
• Design solutions focusing on performance and maintainability, while measuring and evaluating features to improve user experience
• Grow and inspire a team of engineers through coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative engineering culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of professional development experience, with 2+ years in a management or leadership role
• Experience in an agile development environment
• Deep understanding of software and development engineering principles
• Technical expertise in areas such as JavaScript, SQL, AWS, and CI/CD
