Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of full-stack engineers and drive AI-augmented engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of full-stack engineers through coaching and performance feedback
• Plan and facilitate agile ceremonies while monitoring delivery metrics and code quality
• Own the team's AI workflow adoption and ensure high standards of quality in code reviews

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience building enterprise-grade SaaS applications with at least 2 years in a management role
• Proven track record of delivering complex software products using agile methodologies
• Full-stack engineering background with experience in data and API products
• Working proficiency with AI code generation tools and experience in AI-assisted development workflows
• Time zone flexibility to support globally distributed teams
