Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Databricks, Go, or Python
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading software engineering teams
