Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Reference Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical direction in alignment with product counterparts and engineering peers
• Build and manage a team to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions
• Advocate for best practices and optimize processes to improve data quality and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years as a backend engineering contributor
• A computer science degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and messaging queues
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., PySpark, Python, Java) and SQL
• Knowledge of financial concepts is a plus but not required
