Job Summary

Engineering Manager is a full-time role focused on leading software engineering teams to develop high-availability infrastructure and platform services that support millions of customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor teams of software engineers to drive the development of critical platform infrastructure
• Ensure 99.999% service availability and oversee incident management and reliability engineering practices
• Lead cross-functional technical efforts and manage complex infrastructure projects while collaborating with various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems
• 3+ years of engineering management experience in high-availability infrastructure/platform services
• Proven track record of operating mission-critical systems with five-nines (99.999%) availability
• Experience in building and scaling large-scale, cloud-native backend services
• CS/Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience
