Job Summary

Engineering Manager leads a full-time remote team focused on computational geometry and CAD, overseeing the generative model and geometry pipeline while mentoring engineers and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery for the generative model, geometry pipeline, and BDG APIs
• Collaborate with product managers to define project requirements and assess feasibility
• Develop and mentor engineering talent while maintaining team accountability in a distributed environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with experience in CAD/CAM or computational geometry
• 2+ years of experience managing technically deep engineering teams
• Strong background in parametric and generative modeling of 2D and 3D geometries
• Experience with platform development and API design
• Fluency in AI-supported software development practices
