Job Summary

Engineering Manager, a full-time remote position responsible for leading a small engineering team, providing technical guidance, and overseeing product development related to code intelligence and AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers while contributing to product development as a player-coach
• Manage the team's roadmap, ensuring effective execution and collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Establish team practices and culture to enhance productivity and performance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams and overseeing performance cycles
• Strong individual contributor background with technical guidance capabilities
• Experience in developing end-user product features, particularly in developer tools or AI products
• Proven ability to collaborate with Product and Design teams to ship features
• Hands-on experience with coding agents and a strong understanding of their workflows
