Job Summary

Engineering Manager, responsible for leading a team of full stack engineers in a full-time role, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and drive product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and Marketing to define team vision and roadmap
• Make strategic decisions regarding resources and improve the Engineering organization
• Drive product decisions while maintaining high quality and meeting team goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer across mobile, web, and backend
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager leading teams of 5 or more engineers
• Strong understanding of user-facing products and customer needs
• Experience working in a product team with clear metrics goals
• Hands-on experience in coding and technical problem-solving
