Job Summary

Engineering Manager, responsible for leading a cross-functional team in software delivery, overseeing CI/CD practices, and ensuring secure and compliant deployments in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers focused on operational excellence
• Own and manage systems related to CI/CD, release automation, and environment management
• Establish and enforce standards for tested releases and integrate security controls into the software delivery lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in software development
• Strong operational ownership with a bias towards action
• Experience with release trains and familiarity with air-gapped environments
• Record of improving release quality and organizational execution
• Strong understanding of GitOps principles
