Job Summary

Engineering Manager, responsible for leading a full-time remote team focused on forecasting and scheduling, driving technical direction, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance customer support operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and make product decisions for the Forecasting and Scheduling team
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop algorithms and user experiences
• Engage with customers to ensure solutions effectively improve their support operations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical and people leadership roles
• Strong understanding of operations research or a related quantitative field
• Ability to build and inspire a high-performing engineering team
• Experience with product development and strong product instincts
• Knowledge of AI applications in enhancing team efficiency
