Job Summary

Leading the Customer Studio team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will oversee engineering initiatives, drive product development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the marketing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers to ensure successful project delivery and professional growth
• Drive the technical vision and architecture for the Customer Studio, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with product management and design teams to define and prioritize features and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering management or a similar leadership role
• Strong background in software development, particularly with marketing technology or customer data platforms
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
