Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a full-time remote team, the Engineering Manager will oversee core product development for Enterprise customers, balancing management and hands-on coding while driving engineering execution across multiple initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a full-stack engineering team focused on core product development
• Manage and support engineers to execute across multiple parallel workstreams
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help the team operate effectively in a remote-first environment

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as an engineering leader with a mix of management and technical skills
• Strong background in modern full-stack development, particularly with React, TypeScript, Postgres, and Hasura
• Ability to manage concurrent priorities and cross-functional requests
• Experience in coding and guiding implementation while making architectural decisions
• Familiarity with AI tools and processes for effective engineering workflows
