Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of a new charge card product, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers in building scalable and reliable systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape product direction and maintain a high-quality member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers, fostering their technical and professional growth
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define roadmap priorities and product direction
• Drive the delivery of scalable systems that enhance the member experience and ensure long-term platform health

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience
• 1.5+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience building highly available, scalable, low-latency systems
• Strong technical judgment and ability to guide architecture discussions
• Experience hiring and building inclusive, high-performing engineering teams
