Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional team of engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will drive foundational engineering initiatives that enhance product delivery and improve customer value across Android, Backend, iOS, and Web platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with Engineering and Product leaders to identify collaboration opportunities
• Balance product platform delivery with foundational improvements, ensuring scalability and reliability
• Coach and develop engineers through mentorship and performance management to maintain team engagement

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing platform or foundational engineering work
• Experience leading high-performing teams through large-scale engineering initiatives
• Proven track record of delivering internal platform work across multiple environments
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices in high-traffic mobile ecosystems
• Experience building systems designed for scale, reliability, and experimentation
