Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, foster team growth, and ensure robust architectural decisions to deliver core product functionalities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by facilitating discussions, surfacing risks, and upholding standards
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and coaching for individual growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and manage dependencies across teams

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles
• 1+ year in a management position leading engineering teams for production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with experience in architectural decision-making across frontend and backend systems
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing engineers
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
