Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee technical execution and delivery of core product functionalities in a remote-first environment while fostering team growth and collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the team's technical outcomes by guiding architectural decisions and ensuring high standards for performance and quality
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and coaching to support individual growth
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivery outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles
• 1+ year in a management position leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with experience in guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
