Job Summary

Driving the resolution of complex, high-impact problems, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee a small team of engineers, enhance production systems, and collaborate closely with product and operations in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take on complex, high-impact problems and drive them to resolution
• Develop engineers into stronger owners across changing areas of the business
• Collaborate with product and operations to define product behavior and clarify requirements

Required qualifications

• Experience owning and delivering production systems end-to-end
• Experience leading and developing engineers into stronger owners
• A track record of driving outcomes in ambiguous environments
• Strong technical judgment and ability to simplify systems
