Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution and team development while ensuring the delivery of end-to-end product functionality in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by guiding architectural decisions and ensuring adherence to performance and quality standards
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering an environment of autonomy and accountability
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to translate product goals into clear engineering plans and manage delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff Engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
