Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution and team growth while ensuring the delivery of end-to-end product functionality in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by facilitating discussions, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring high standards of performance and quality
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback, coaching, and fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate goals into engineering plans, managing dependencies and aligning stakeholders on priorities

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
