Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team of engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will oversee the development of innovative support tools and enhance the fan experience by defining and optimizing a best-in-class support workflow in a flexible, remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to develop and iterate support tools
- Own the technical vision for core support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence
- Collaborate with technical and product counterparts to align team direction with organizational goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record of delivering industry-leading user experiences in customer support software
- Experience in building and leading lean teams that deliver impactful results
- Familiarity with customer support tools and workflows to make informed technology decisions
