Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to optimize support tools and workflows
- Own the technical vision for SeatGeek's core support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap and deliver impactful features that elevate customer experiences
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record in delivering industry-leading user experiences in customer support software
- Experience with AI agent optimization and building custom tools for support efficiency
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
