Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the development of innovative support tools and systems, enhancing fan experiences through AI and automation while working in a flexible remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to build and optimize support tools
  • Own the technical vision for support tools and integrations, ensuring high operational excellence
  • Collaborate with product and technical counterparts to align team direction with business goals
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Proven track record in delivering industry-leading customer support experiences
  • Experience in building and leading productive engineering teams
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and workflows
  • Hands-on experience with AI agent optimization and custom support tools
