Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the delivery of end-to-end product functionality while guiding technical execution and fostering team growth in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes, ensuring effective discussions, risk management, and adherence to standards
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback, coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans, managing dependencies and aligning stakeholder priorities

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading teams that deliver production SaaS products and guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
• Familiarity with modern frontend architectures and performance considerations
