Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the development of innovative support tools and integrations, enhancing fan experiences through AI and automation while working in a flexible environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to deliver high-quality support tools
  • Own the technical vision for core support tools and drive the roadmap for enhancing fan outcomes
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback while fostering team development through regular performance evaluations
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of engineering experience, primarily focused on coding
  • 2+ years of experience in a management role leading productive engineering teams
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional user experiences in customer support software
  • Experience with AI-driven customer service tools and workflows
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
