Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution and team development while ensuring the delivery of end-to-end product functionality in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes and guide architectural decisions to ensure scalable, reliable systems
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into clear engineering plans and manage cross-functional delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading teams that deliver production SaaS products and managing complex, customer-facing web applications
• Strong technical background with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
