Job Summary

The full-time remote Engineering Manager will lead a cross-functional engineering team responsible for delivering end-to-end product functionality, guiding technical execution, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes and guide architectural decisions to ensure scalable and maintainable systems
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering individual growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate product goals into clear engineering plans and deliver impactful solutions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles
• 1+ year in a management position leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with experience in both frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating AI-driven features into product experiences
