Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the development of innovative support tools and enhance fan experiences while working in a flexible remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and guide a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to optimize support tools and workflows
  • Own the technical vision for SeatGeek's core support tools and drive the development of features to improve fan outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the support experience with organizational goals and facilitate effective communication
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
  • 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality user experiences in customer support software
  • Experience with AI agent optimization and custom tools for enhancing support efficiency
  • Strong understanding of technology and customer support workflows to inform tooling decisions
