Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the delivery of end-to-end product functionality, ensuring strong technical execution and fostering team growth in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by guiding architectural decisions and ensuring system scalability and reliability
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team while providing feedback and coaching for individual growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate product goals into clear engineering plans and manage cross-functional dependencies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff Engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
