Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the development of SeatGeek's core support tools, enhance fan experiences through AI-driven solutions, and drive efficient support workflows in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to build and optimize support tools
- Own the technical vision and roadmap for support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical and product decisions with organizational goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years in a management role leading productive teams
- Proven experience in delivering industry-leading user experiences in customer support software
- Ability to foster collaborative and inclusive environments for engineering teams
- Experience with AI agent optimization and custom support tools
- Strong understanding of technology and customer support workflows to guide tooling decisions
