Job Summary

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to optimize support experiences
  • Own the technical vision for support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence
  • Provide mentorship and career development support to team members while facilitating collaboration across the organization
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of engineering experience primarily focused on coding
  • 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
  • Proven track record in delivering industry-leading customer support experiences
  • Experience with AI agent optimization and custom support tools
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
