Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to optimize support experiences
- Own the technical vision for support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence
- Provide mentorship and career development support to team members while facilitating collaboration across the organization
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience primarily focused on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record in delivering industry-leading customer support experiences
- Experience with AI agent optimization and custom support tools
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
