Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, foster team growth, and ensure the delivery of scalable product functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical outcomes by facilitating discussions, guiding architecture, and establishing performance standards
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback, coaching, and support for individual growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and ensure impactful delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles
• 1+ year in a management position leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with experience in guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
