Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, foster team growth, and ensure robust product delivery for core services.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by facilitating discussions, managing risks, and upholding standards
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of collaboration
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into actionable engineering plans and deliver impactful solutions

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles
• 1+ year in a management position leading engineering teams for production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with experience in guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
