Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, foster team growth, and ensure the delivery of scalable product functionality in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by facilitating discussions, managing risks, and upholding standards
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and coaching to support individual and team growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into clear engineering plans and manage cross-functional delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading teams that deliver production SaaS products and guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Demonstrated experience in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing engineers
• Familiarity with modern frontend architectures and experience integrating AI-enabled features into product experiences
