Job Summary
The full-time Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers in building and optimizing support tools to enhance fan experiences, while managing technical vision and collaborating across departments in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to develop core support tools
- Own the technical vision and drive the development of tools that improve fan support and operational excellence
- Conduct code and architecture reviews, provide feedback, and support the career development of team members
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience primarily focused on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading motivated teams
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences in customer support software
- Experience with AI agent optimization and custom tools for support efficiency
- Familiarity with various technologies including Python, AWS, and customer support tools
