Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution and decision-making while fostering a high-performing environment, all in a remote-first setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes and guide architectural decisions to ensure scalable and reliable systems
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and coaching to support individual growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate goals into clear engineering plans and manage delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Familiarity with modern frontend architectures and experience integrating AI-driven features into products
