Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will drive the technical vision for support tools, enhance fan experiences, and optimize workflows in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to develop and improve support tools
  • Own the technical vision and ensure operational excellence across support platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the support experience with organizational goals
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of engineering experience, primarily focused on coding
  • 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading motivated teams
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality user experiences in customer support software
  • Experience in building and leading lean teams capable of impactful results
  • Familiarity with AI agent optimization and support workflows in a marketplace environment
