Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the delivery of end-to-end product functionality, guide technical execution, and foster a high-performing team in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring system scalability and reliability
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team by providing feedback, coaching, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and manage cross-functional dependencies for successful delivery

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating AI-driven features into customer-facing applications
