Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, foster team growth, and ensure the delivery of scalable product functionality while partnering with Product and Design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by guiding architectural decisions and ensuring adherence to performance and quality standards
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and coaching to support individual growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product goals into clear engineering plans and manage delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles
• 1+ year in a management position leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with experience in frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
