Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will oversee technical execution, guide architectural decisions, and foster a high-performing team to deliver end-to-end product functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by facilitating discussions, managing risks, and ensuring standards are upheld
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and support for individual growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and ensure impactful delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles
• 1+ year in a management position
• Experience leading teams that deliver production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
