Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage the development of innovative support tools and enhance fan experiences while working in a flexible environment that allows for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to optimize support tools and workflows
- Own the technical vision for core support tools and integrations, ensuring high operational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the team's roadmap and deliver impactful solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years in a management role
- Proven track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional user experiences in customer support software
- Experience in building and leading motivated engineering teams
- Familiarity with AI agent optimization and custom support tools
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
