Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution and team development while ensuring the delivery of end-to-end product functionality in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by guiding architectural decisions and ensuring systems are scalable and maintainable
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and coaching to support individual growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into clear engineering plans and manage cross-team dependencies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles
• 1+ year in a management position leading engineering teams responsible for production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make pragmatic decisions
