Job Summary

Leading a high-performing Desktop Product team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will drive the evolution of agentic engineering cycles, oversee architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with product management to enhance team dynamics and technical direction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow an existing team while focusing on elevating performance and innovation
• Drive the evolution of agentic engineering cycles towards full automation and efficiency
• Review architecture decisions and collaborate with product management on goals and team retention

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with a proven track record of team leadership
• Strong understanding of agentic workflows and AI-driven development
• Solid architectural knowledge to guide technical decisions and system design
• Effective communication skills to align teams and collaborate with product management
• Experience with .NET Framework or a demonstrated ability to understand and lead through technological change
