Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, foster team growth, and ensure the delivery of scalable product functionality in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring adherence to standards
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of accountability
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate goals into clear engineering plans and manage dependencies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles
• 1+ year in a management position leading engineering teams for production SaaS products
• Strong technical background to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating AI-enabled features into product experiences
