Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will own the technical vision for support tools, drive the development of innovative solutions to enhance fan experiences, and collaborate across teams to optimize support workflows in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to deliver high-quality support tools
  • Define and iterate on the technical vision and architecture for SeatGeek's support systems
  • Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and support the career development of team members
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
  • 2+ years of experience managing productive engineering teams
  • Proven success in delivering exceptional user experiences in customer support software
  • Familiarity with AI tools and custom support solutions
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
